With over 25 years of dedicated experience in housing justice advocacy, Rori Knight Durham brings a wealth of expertise in transforming systems, building community capacity, and ensuring access to safe, affordable, and stable housing for all.

Holding both a Licensed Graduate Social Work credential (LGSW) and a Master of Divinity (M.Div.), Rori combines rigorous policy and systems expertise with a deeply human, person-centered approach. Her work spans government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community coalitions across 15 states and Washington, DC.

As the CEO of RK Durham Consulting, LLC, Rori provides technical assistance and strategic consultation to communities working to eliminate barriers to housing stability — centering racial equity, data-driven approaches, and collaborative action at every stage.
